Click on the Play Store link on the thank you page (you received the link to the thank you page in your confirmation SMS).

When the installation is done, 
open the app

Once you are on the Play Store, press "Install" to install the app

Enter the activation code shown after clicking SMS link. IMPORTANT: Use the same format, all capital letters and no spaces between numbers.

 

If you lost your activation code, you can recover it HERE:
